How returns & refund works?

Toys on Wheelz are dedicated to provide you with the finest online shopping in Egypt. However, unlike any in its industry, Toys on Wheelz will be happy to assist you for refunds or returns.

Submit your return request through our return center by selecting the item(s) you want to return.

Drop-off/Pick-up

Don’t want to wait for a pick up courier? Drop off your item(s) at the nearest Aramex drop off station. or we will or we will send you a courier in order to pick up the item(s) you would like to return.

Inspection

We will check the item(s) in order to make sure that they meet our return conditions.

Approval & Refund

If your item(s) is eligible for return, we will issue your refund within our refund SLA.

Hersandfamily conditions for a product to be Returned- Refunded:

  1. Returns are only for in-stock items and should be returned within 14 days.
    Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
    Item has been lost (either internationally or nationally).
  3. Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
  4. Toysonwheelz wasn’t able to meet the delivery terms agreed upon (items were delivered later than what was promised ” 21 working days from the purchasing date”).
  5. Wrong/different items from what has been ordered (according to the description provided by Hersandfamily).
  6. In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
